    and of course, you make your own sauces that you dip your freshly cooked meats/dumplings/etc in.


    i like to use chopped garlic, satay sauce, sweet oyster sauce, and sweet chili garlic sauce.


    of course some people like to put a whole raw egg into their sauce.


    i’ll just stick to my concoction.
