• 7 days of Joon (Ibizajb) A Fat Nation member from California decides to visit NYC… (wireless users might have difficulty viewing this entry, u might have to hit reload a couple of times.) Fat Nation shows him some hospitality. DAY 1 (Tuesday, July 1st, 2008) The First Meal @ Satay Decided to take Joon to SATAY for his first Fat Nation Meal/Gathering we ordered and boy were we starving…we didn’t have to wait long before we were chowing down. the food was a great way to haze our fat nation brother from the westcoast. Someone couldn’t get enough sauce….CAUGHT IN THE ACT!!!!! totally dogged the food… Joon fit in just fine. lol. we were fiending for some dessert…. i figured Joon was tired from the flight, so we kept the night light…with some singstar (Playstation Karoke game) played king of the hill. winner gets challenged by a song, loser gives up the mic. DAY 2 (Wednesday, July 2, 2008) the second meal….don’t worry, we lose count later…. shabu shabu time. (hot pot time) the lovely ladies that joined us. We were shtarving… Sauce and our starter plates. another meal dogged… then of course…dessert at Sunway…. We all got drinks/smoothies. GROUP PICTURE!!! someone looks like they don’t belong…. Then decided to head into Manhat, and do all the cool late night things that you can’t really do during the day…atleast not easily…. eat your heart out handjob! er i mean hancock…wait…i mean i am legend… Apple Store Time Square Big Eddie Murphy head…guessing to promote his newest movie….you could go inside and stick your head out of the ear, but those two beat cops on the right wasn’t letting anyone in. time to head downtown… Manhattan Bridge   South Street Seaport Brooklyn Bridge by night. <— what it says over there. Memorable moment of the night….lol. Day 3 (Thursday, July 3, 2008) A trip to NYC wouldn’t be a trip…if it didn’t have some Siu Loung BAOWOWOWOWOWOW what? did you think i wouldn’t bring him here? cucumbers, olive oil, vinegar, cilantro and garlic. turnip puffs   cold soy milk. Joon, it was definitely a good sign that we got to order this while you were there…cause THEY NEVER HAVE ANY OF THIS LEFT…it’s always all gone cause everyone buys it all…was very surprised we were able to order it man…woot woot!!! Noodles in soup. SIU LOUNG BAO!!!!   Day 4 (Friday, July 4th, 2008) Was hoping to see some fireworks from my rooftop…totally failed at that…sorry Joon…so Stephie brought over some chicken to make things better…. mmmm bonchon.   Then i have these two morons laughing at me, and telling the story of how they put suntan lotion on me in weird spots so i look like a cow now…little did they know i was gonna make them drink so much later that night…suckers.    “The name of the game is Titanic, bitch!”  Joon explaining the rules of Titanic  Guess who drank first? Guess who drank second? guess who drank third? fourth? *evil laughter….   of course other’s drank too. of course the minors didn’t drink, that was…orange juice. 0_o drool…. so guess who was the winner in titanic? and in this picture, guess who the runner up was? and that’s all i can post…cause the rest of the pictures are…like…great blackmail material….for instance…these two pics… Me and Joon talking about cars, while Ray’s in the background digging for gold…. no comment…. Day 5 (Saturday, July 5, 2008) Wedding Day unfortunately, what happens in NYC doesn’t stay in NYC. lovely feather’s Joon. LOL. Day 6 (Sunday, July 6th, 2008) Last full day for Joonz…. First up, take him to buffet to stuff his face and drown himself in fooooooooood Man were we stuffed…. so…full. but we were ready for dessert!!!! Next up, sightseeing in my own city…the downtown area…woot! first, off to southstreet seaport South Street Seaport was just too crowded, so we decided to walk around in other areas. then off to the world’s most boringest museum…. then time to see the wallstreet bull and take a pic with it…maybe ride it? man no one would step away from the bull for Joon to get a quick pic…freaking A..we even asked nicely… got a tourist douche to the right, tourist douche to the left, tourist douche behind you…tourist douches all around…. well whatever, fuck you all, now when you go home and look at your vacation pics there will be some korean dude mooning you. HAHAHAHAHA it was all fun and games till we got caught….fuck…….I tried to defend Joon and got into an altercation with one of the cops… and you know…fatnation sticks together….so we all jumped the beat cop… well atleast you can say joon got the ‘full experience’ that NYC has to offer… they later released us and forced us to go through the rest of their Police Museum…which was actually pretty cool… check out all these weapons…they didn’t label whether these were perp’s or cop’s weapons… of course they had some of the police cars, and police sirens…which we accidentally turned on, and pressed every single button on trying to figure it out how to turn off…. on with the sight seeing…. everyone’s a peeping tom…. someone said normal, biger, biggest… and now for the view from the benches…. also took him to see the “hole” winter garden…. Irish Famine memorial…. forgot the name of this park…. something i wanted to do to the tourists…. Humpty Dumpty sat on…a chimney?    interesting how death hides in the light… we was getting tired…first head back to south street seaport for some pics… then met up with more fatnation members, and pigged out… “Last supper” at my favorite restaurant…. sharks fin and crab meat. Man that was a great meal. lol Off to Karoke, which got to thank Latina and Monica for making arrangements and reading the karoke machine for us (it’s only in chinese) mmm libations. some stuck with singing…. other’s stuck with drinking…. and of course as the night progressed…so began the antics…. it’s always nice when you go karoke with a group where everyone sings.. then again, i think with alcohol, everyone sings….and dances…. “let me put my head on your lap” “FOR A PRICE!!!” “OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOWWWWWWWWWWWWWW!!!” then after 3-4 hours of singing, we decided to pwn the bull…. Everyone got a piece of the action… then last but not least, the cityscape at night…before we called it a night…. Day 7 (Monday, July 7, 2008) Joon’s Departure: Leaving on a jet plane… come back soon bro.
